Bitly, TinyURL, Rebrandly and Kortilink: Comparative Prices

Comparing link shorteners by subscription price is not enough, because the four measure different things. One limits the links you create, the other the clicks you receive, the other charges for every ten more links. Two nine-dollar subscriptions can give you double or half of each other.

This article puts the four side by side with the numbers read on the official pages of each in August 2026. Kortilink is ours, and you'll notice — but the first two tables show where we're left behind, and these can't be browned.

Where we win in the free is in another thing: we are the only ones of the four with Bio page included, and the only ones with unpaid click history. TinyURL gives no analytics on the free plan; Bitly doesn't either.

A pergunta certa não é «qual dá mais links». É «o que é que eu faço com eles». Trinta links por mês sem saber quantos cliques tiveram servem para partilhar; quinze com dados servem para decidir. Depende do que estás a fazer.

The cheapest paid plan that includes own domain

This is where prices are seriously separated. All amounts are from the annually billed version, which is the cheapest in all of them.

PlanPrice/monthLinks/monthDomainsCost per link more
Kortilink Pro€4,99ilimitados1
Rebrandly Essentials$82502
TinyURL Pro$91253$1.50 for every 10
Bitly Growth$295001

Bitly has cheaper plans ($10 in the core), but none of them include their own domain — so they don't make it into this table.

Two readings stand out.

What does this give at the end of a year?

A specific case: you manage the networks of a small business, you publish once a day with your own link. There are about 30 links per month, 360 per year, and you want your own domain and click history.

It changes the scenario for an agency with three clients and 150 links a month, and the TinyURL Pro now costs $108 more than $45 per month. Then Rebrandly or Kortilink come out ahead with ease.

Do the math with your own numbers

Count how many links you created last month. If it's past 125, there are two tools on this list that charge you for it — and one that doesn't charge.

What each one does better

Price is not everything, and an article that pretended otherwise didn't help you decide.

Three questions that decide for you

  1. How many links you create per month, seriously? goes to your history and counts. If it's less than 30, any free plan will do and there's no conversation. If they go from 125, the measurement model to the link becomes the most expensive factor of the decision.
  2. Precisas de domínio próprio? Se estás a construir marca, sim — e o preço disso vai de zero a 29 dólares consoante onde o compres.
  3. How long do you want to keep the data? Comparing this quarter's campaign with the previous one requires that the previous one still exists. It's worth reading about click tracking before choosing, because the history is the first cut of almost all cheap plans.

Frequently asked questions

What is the shortener with the best free plan?

In number of links, TinyURL, with 30 per month. But it doesn't give any analytics, and Kortilink gives 15 links with seven days of history and bio page included. If what you want is own domain without paying, the TinyURL and the Rebrandly include one and we don't.

How much does it cost to have your own domain on the links?

between zero and 29 dollars per month, for the same result. Free at TinyURL and Rebrandly, €4.99 on Kortilink Pro, and 29$ at Bitly, which only includes it from the Growth plan.

Do paid plans have a link limit?

Three of the four have. The TinyURL Pro charges $1.50 for every ten links above the 125 included; Rebrandly and Bitly have ceilings per plan. Kortilink Pro has no limit — it's the difference between a fixed price and an invoice that varies with the month you had.

Is it worth changing just because of the price?

Only if the difference is structural, not a few euros. Change costs something: the old links stay where they are and the change is made forward. It pays off when you're paying for an expensive plan just to have your own domain, or when the surplus already weighs more than the subscription.

Unlimited links, from €4.99

It starts with the free plan with 15 links per month and a bio page included. No credit card and no testing period expiring.
