Terms of Use

4.1 Subscription

The Kortilink Pro Plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you authorize Kortilink to automatically charge your payment method on your subscription renewal date.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change Pro Plan prices. In the event of a price increase, we will notify existing users at least 30 days in advance by email.

4.4 Features

Features included in each plan are described on the Pricing page. Kortilink may add, modify or remove plan features with prior notice.

5.1 Cancellation by User

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account control panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Pro Plan within the first 7 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund. After this period, no partial refunds are issued for unused periods.

5.3 Cancellation by Kortilink

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations and without right to refund.

Kortilink and all its elements — including but not limited to logos, design, source code, text, graphics and features — are the exclusive property of Kortilink and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform (links, Bio Pages, text, images). By using Kortilink, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process and distribute that content to the extent necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share through the platform. Kortilink does not actively monitor content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kortilink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or reputation, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Kortilink's total liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Kortilink in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We strive to keep Kortilink available 99.9% of the time. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance resulting in temporary service unavailability.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from service unavailability beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law and applicable European Union legislation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to your rights under the law as a consumer in your country of residence within the EU.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date and notify registered users by email at least 15 days in advance for material changes.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
